Olympic Hills Elementary School Leadership Announcement

Dear Olympic Hills Elementary families and staff,

I am pleased to announce Egypt Charles as principal of Olympic Hills Elementary beginning July 1, 2024.

Principal Charles was selected through a rigorous formal interview process that included staff, parent, and community participation. What stood out to the Olympic Hills hiring team was Egypt’s commitment to equity, strong data-informed instructional leadership experiences, and collaborative leadership approach.

We will be setting up opportunities for building staff, students, and families to meet Principal Charles in the coming months.

I want to thank Interim Principal Estrada and Guest Principal McFarland for their leadership at Olympic Hills during a period of transition this year.
